Xero — better visibility, smarter refunds

Expired-connection alerts you can't miss

When your Xero connection drops, you now see a red banner across the integrations page and an Expired badge on the integration tile. We send you an email too. No more silent sync failures discovered weeks later.

Refunds flow through the daily summary

Refunded appointments are now excluded from the rolled-up daily revenue line that pushes to Xero, and refunds posted before a daily summary is closed are handled cleanly. Your Xero numbers match your Seglo numbers — even when refunds happen.

Stripe and Xero, properly linked

Every Xero invoice and credit note now carries the Stripe charge ID and refund ID. Reconciliation between Stripe and Xero stops being a detective exercise.

Self-healing connection

A post-refresh probe and an idle-connection keepalive run quietly in the background to keep your Xero connection alive without you doing anything.

A new in-app explainer walks through exactly how refunds flow into Xero — what creates a credit note, how it's matched to the original invoice, where it shows up.

A four-phase rebuild of how mobile screens handle the on-screen keyboard.

• Form drawers and profile pages now scroll properly when the keyboard opens — inputs stay visible, never hidden behind the keyboard
• List and search pages keep their position and behave predictably when you tap into a field
• Bottom sheets got a softer top corner radius for a more native feel
• Notification banner has a cleaner mount/unmount animation and a session-only Skip

Two new notifications

• Xero connection expired — an email to the owner the moment a Xero token goes invalid
• Accepted reflow — when an AI Receptionist successfully reschedules a customer, the customer gets a confirmation SMS
